Building Process

Step 1 - First Meeting

Meet with us either at the office or take a tour through some of our projects. This will give us an idea of what you are looking for.

Step 2 - Drafting Plans

Drafting Plans: We will direct you to an architect we recommend or you can bring your own plans. If you would like we can help you with the design process free of charge.

Step 3 - Final Plans

Now final plans are complete. We can estimate the project. This process will take about 2 to 3 weeks.

Step 4 - Bid Presentation

Meet again for us to present our bid. This will include an exact price of what your home will cost. Attached will be a list of features that are built into the project. This way you know exactly what you are getting.

Step 5 - Contract

Now if the bid meets the owners budget. We can sign a contract.

Step 6 - Timeline

Most of our projects take 80-120 days from the time of permiting to completion. You will be provided a designer to help you along the way with the selection process. This insures that the project stays on schedule and comes together beautifully.

Step 7 - Warranty

After you move in you will have a one year warranty from the builder on all materials and workmanship. We are confident that you will love your new home.
